Lottie lives in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and her work is inspired by her life there.
When creating her lino prints she does short runs of up to 10 prints.
Each print is unique as her process of hand braying allows for slight differences in shade of colour and finish.
Some of her work is figurative, but she is not wedded to any particular genre.
Using muted but strong colours her work at first glance has the appearance of a water colour painting.
Lottie’s oil paintings can be more experimental with subject matter and composition but still maintain a focus on realism.
